The End: The elevator destination from the safe upstairs of Stormy Office. Get it by Stormy Office upstairs elevator, or the Lobby connection. Use it to Take it when you want The End. It will not put you in the Poolrooms.
The End is the elevator ride, not the damaged-wing door. The Lobby is also documented as having a direct connection here.

No. The new save system hides weapons you owned before 1.2 until you visit the weapon shops and re-equip them. That reclaim is free, and your kill count stays saved.
No. PvP kill progress is separate from Classic and Survival. Shop milestones such as Bloxy Cola at 10 kills have to be earned in PvE.
