First session: mode, controls, and Bloxy Cola

Start in Classic, use the listed controls, and spend your first 10 PvE kills on Bloxy Cola.

Choose the mode that matches the job

The experience lists three modes, and a fourth appears later.

Mode What you get Use it for
Classic PvE, infinite health and ammo Learning shops, routes, and kill milestones
Survival PvE, limited health and ammo The same map with supplies that run out
PvP Fights against other players Player combat only. Its kills do not fill PvE shop requirements
Reality Unlocked after the hidden exit The office-key and stabilizer sequence

In Survival, ammo boxes and medkits can appear while you explore. Daniel's Lobby shop also restocks six ammo and health packs to the left of the counter, and those packs return quickly. They do not spawn in that shop during Classic.

Controls

The experience description lists:

  1. Sprint: Shift, or thumbstick down.
  2. Crouch: Control, C, or Button B.
  3. Flashlight: F, or D-pad up.
  4. Hide the interface: H.

Hold the interaction prompt to take a key or a world pickup. A movement page also tells keyboard players to try Shift, and it ties that reminder to an April Fools build. Shift is still the sprint control in the current description. It does not work in the opening hallway of Level !, where sprint is disabled.

If the game stutters, set graphics to low and turn performance mode on. Holding the M134 can add lag and delayed hits, so ease off that gun before you blame movement.

The first 10 kills

  1. Stay in Classic or Survival. PvP kills are a different counter.
  2. Reach 10 kills.
  3. Find Daniel's Weapon Shop in The Lobby. It is a safe room.
  4. Buy Bloxy Cola.
  5. Give it to the Suspicious Man. He is upstairs in the Stormy Office and starts the exit quest.

That handoff is the One Step Closer step. The M1911 is the next shop gun, at 25 kills, and it is also the default PvP weapon. Neither purchase is required before the Cola if your goal is the exit.

After the Cola

Servers hold up to 20 players. Voice chat and camera are not supported on the listing.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

My weapons vanished after Update 1.2. Did I lose them?

No. The new save system hides weapons you owned before 1.2 until you visit the weapon shops and re-equip them. That reclaim is free, and your kill count stays saved.

Do PvP kills unlock Daniel's and Miguel's weapons?

No. PvP kill progress is separate from Classic and Survival. Shop milestones such as Bloxy Cola at 10 kills have to be earned in PvE.

Do I need the Teleport to Hub pass to enter the Hub?

No. The 299 Robux pass adds a button that teleports you to the Hub and to levels you have already visited. Walking into the Hub does not require the pass.

Are there working codes?

None are published in the experience description, and no code string was available to list. A redeem button has not been documented, so do not reuse codes from a different Backrooms game.
