Pick it up at the Electrical Station, then cut the wires on the bomb behind the cracked lobby wall. The bomb is absent for a server's first 15 minutes and only once per server.

No. The new save system hides weapons you owned before 1.2 until you visit the weapon shops and re-equip them. That reclaim is free, and your kill count stays saved.
No. PvP kill progress is separate from Classic and Survival. Shop milestones such as Bloxy Cola at 10 kills have to be earned in PvE.
